Hola amigos de Hive Food! que tal éstan el día de hoy? por aca estamos literalmente derretidos! las temperaturas en gran parte de Argentina están por los cielos, en Buenos Aires hoy llegamos a los 34° con el agravante de la humedad por lo cual estuvo imposible de sobrevivir.... pero nada me va a detener al momento del antojo dulce, asi que hoy prendí el horno para cocinar un acompañamiento para el tereré de la merienda! La receta de hoy es muy simple, es una de las que ya hago de memoria porque es facil de recordar y se realiza en muy poco tiempo. Hoy les voy a enseñar a hacer un budin de chips de chocolate.

La sencillez de ésta receta es porque lleva pocos ingredientes, por un lado vamos a batir 3 huevos con 1 taza de azucar, cuando éstos ésten bien homogeneizados incorporamos una taza de aceite. La receta original recuerdo que mencionaba que era aceite neutro, pero yo utilizo sin ningun problema aceite de girasol.

The simplicity of this recipe is because it has few ingredients, on the one hand we are going to beat 3 eggs with 1 cup of sugar, when they are well homogenized we add a cup of oil. I remember the original recipe mentioned that it was neutral oil, but I use sunflower oil without any problem.

El siguiente paso es incorporar dos tazas de harina, puede ser una comun y una leudante, o dos comunes y una cucharada de polvo para hornear. Mezclamos para homogeneizar y por ultimo los chips! la cantidad deseada, yo utilicé 100gr y luego me pareció poco. Tambien le puse unas gotas de esencia de vainilla y podria haberle puesto ralladura de naranja que con el chocolate queda muy bien, pero lamentablemente no tenia, les dejo el tip.

Como pueden ver, ya la mezcla de budin está lista para hornear! es momento de preparar el molde. Vamos a enmantecar y enharinar un molde apto para horno, ademas ponerle un papel en la base para ayudarnos en el desmolde. Vamos a hornear en hornno precalentado a 180° por aproximadamente 40/45 minutos. O hasta que pinches con una varilla y ésta salga limpia

y eso es todo amigos! esperamos a que el budin se enfrie y ya está listo para comer. Yo me apuré y lo corté antes, se puede ver en la foto, y al final tuve que esperar porque no queria que me caiga mal la mezcla de budin caliente y tereré helado jajaja hubiese querido que éste post sea mas largo pero honestamente no tengo mas nada que decir! es una receta super facil y rapida, imposible que falle. Puedo sugerirles no incorporar chips para colocarles manzana que tambien es de mi favoritas, porque ésta receta de budin es apta para todo tipo de modificaciones!

I can suggest you not to incorporate chips to add apple, which is also one of my favorites, because this pudding recipe is suitable for all kinds of modifications!
