Greetings friends, today I'll show you how to make burger bread at home, for that we'll need:
✓ 500 de harina de trigo todo uso.

✓ 1 cucharadita de levadura instantánea.
✓ 1 huevo.
✓ 25 gramos de azúcar.
✓ 500 of all-purpose wheat flour
✓ 250 ml water.
✓ 25 ml of butter
✓ 1 teaspoon salt.
✓ 1 teaspoon of instant yeast
✓ 1 egg.
✓ 25 grams of sugar
Paso a paso./Step by step:
We place the flour on a flat surface, incorporate the yeast, stir and form a volcano.
We incorporate the rest of the ingredients, and knead until we obtain a dough that does not stick to our fingers, we continue kneading for about 15 minutes.
Then we leave the mass to rest until it doubles in size, then we degas, weigh the mass and divide it into 6 parts. To try to keep our breads the same size.
We shape our bread into a ball, then with the help of paper we form a ring, put the dough inside it and crush it a little.
We let it rest until it doubles in size.
We varnish with beaten egg, which can be reserved in the freezer to be used later.
We take to the oven for 20 minutes at medium heat.
The result is great, some breads with good height, with a very uniform size, we remove the paper and are ready to be tasted as you prefer.
