I can't share too many recipes with you because I'm a little busy, but as my busyness diminished, I became active again in this great community. Today is Friday which is our weekly holiday, so today I will share with you one of my favorite recipes. In fact, I am very concerned about the taste, which is why everyone in our family loves my cooking.
You see, we have to cook a lot of vegetables regularly, because of which everyone's interest in it gradually decreases, but if we try to cook those vegetables a little differently, try to make a little exception in cooking, but the interest in taste can increase tremendously. This is why I always try to go beyond the normal rules and make sure to use common vegetables in a slightly different way.
Seeing that the vegetables that are eaten in your house every day, the interest in it may gradually decrease a little, this is probably the normal thing. But if you cook that vegetable a little differently every day, neither the interest nor the taste will diminish. This applies to all cases, eating a meal every day will reduce the interest in it. For this we should sometimes think of exceptions and try to taste them differently, that is my opinion.
Today's recipe is eggplant mash, we cook and eat this eggplant vegetable for almost a day. However, I sometimes try to keep some variety in eggplant cooking so that the interest in the whole family does not diminish. For example, eggplant mash is made in different ways in our country, but I have tried to make today's mash a little differently by excluding them.
But let me say one more thing, the people of our country like the stuffed national recipe a little bit. So I try to follow a slightly different approach to recruitment, so that everyone in the family is interested in it. See how I made eggplant mash today.

One thing I am saying here is that I sliced and fried the eggplants in the beginning, which I am sharing with you now.
I first oiled the eggplant and then sliced it into small pieces. I put a pan in the oven and heated it with a little oil.
Then I put the eggplant slices in the middle of the pan and cover them with a lid. After some time, when the eggplants were burnt, I took them down.
Then I first grind the dried peppers by hand on a plate, then add some salt to it. Then I chopped the onion and mixed it with mustard oil at the end.
Then I took a bowl and smeared the burnt eggplants there, then put the mixed onions on them. Then I crushed the coriander leaves with them and made a nice mash.
Sometimes a slightly different kind of taste increases our interest in food. To be honest, if you make eggplant mash in this way, the taste is great to eat.
