I have a simple #plantbased recipe to share with you all. This recipe can be made with any other kind of beans you like.
I love to cook this recipe inside bamboo tubes but I don't have bamboo trees.
When we cook it in the bamboo tubes it's more delicious. But cook like this very easy and fast to eat also not tired hehe.
🍚 Glutinous Beans And Rice With Coconut 🥥

- 2 cups glutinous rice
- 1/2 cups pigeon peas
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 pandansleaves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 young coconut's meat
- 1 cup water
Put white bean in the water 8 hours and boil it. If you want to make it very green, you need to put pandan leaves than more. I like to make it very green but I have two pandan leaves now.
Step 1I use bottle cap and stick to take coconut meat out of coconut shell.
Step 2Grind pandan leaves with water and strain to take only water.
Wash glutinous rice and put pandan water, coconut milk, salt, beans, mix together and cook it.
Step 3After cooking already.
Step 4Fluff it with fork or something.
After put young coconut and mix all together.
Hum... it smells very good from pandan leaves. Now we can eat, if you like sweet you can add sugar, but I like without sugar.
