This weekend was very stressful but all rewarding as well. So went out again on another decoration in church, as I promised you in my first post and outings that when next I go for work I will do well to share the experience with you guys on hive and build-it community.
It was actually my second decorating work, wasn't actually easy as we were just two in number doing the work, after so much stress, I was happy we were successful at the end.
The first image down here was how the church alter looked like, but after a while the whole place looked beautiful,
Items Used for the decorations were:
50 yards of navy blue pongee material
We started by taking down the old material, it was not easy at all. and now I still had to climb high up to enable me bring the old material all down, and I don't like high places at all, I was surprised I did it successfully
The image below was when we got to the shopping complex to get the materials used for the decoration. while in the market I had learned about the differences with the card board, I heard of the one called florescent, and that they defer in prizes.
Then the most difficult time came were we have to cut the card board into beautiful shapes. that was what eat lot of our time that we had to spend the night in the church, I discovered while carving the card board into shapes that I was actually good at arts and designing.
And boom!! here is the image of the alter after it was decorated me too I couldn't believe my eyes, because it became so beautiful.
in the nearest future I see myself going to take a course on interior decorations, now I know its my gift. what is your advise please?
