糖醋鱼

家里还有一条黄花鱼,今天换个做法来个糖醋鱼试试。

制作过程:

1、把鱼洗净,去鳞去内脏,鱼身用纸擦拭干净,尽量不沾水(为煎鱼时不破皮不粘锅准备)

2、介绍一个煎鱼不破皮,不粘锅的小技巧:把油烧热,直到冒烟,关火,油凉到3成热,然后放入鱼,开小火煎,两分钟后把鱼翻面,煎另外一面,这样可以保证鱼不破皮,不粘锅,大家可以试试

3、小火把鱼煎到两面金黄,然后取出放盘子里

4、锅内加油,烧热,放入事先准备好的葱姜蒜(切葱花,蒜末,姜末),炒香,然后加入番茄酱,快速翻炒,再加入生抽,两勺白糖,一大勺醋,加入适量开水,把煎好的鱼放进去,盖盖,中火炖

5、大概5分钟后,大火收汁,放入适量盐,然后就可以出锅了

糖醋鱼味道香浓,口味酸甜,十分开胃。
