My Watermelon Juice

Hello Lovely Hivers, it's another beautiful day.
Over the years, watermelon has been one of my favorite fruits.

After a stressful day at the office, i decided to get a fruit to refresh myself. I went to the market, fruits street to be precise. Been it season in Nigeria, I saw much water melon at every spot.

I choose watermelon because, it contains plenty of water and small amount of fibre, both of which are necessary for healthy digestion and also helps in lowering the risk of heart attack and stroke level by reducing your blood pressure.
I got some watermelon for myself and family.
The one i took for myself, i use it to make watermelon juice.
I peeled and wow...it was redish and yummy.

For my mum, nothing goes to waste, for the peel, she boil with cherry and lime to make tea. Watermelon rind is filled with Iycopene, flavonoids & antioxidants.

Procedures on how i made my watermelon juice

  • I washed my watermelon neatly, kept in the fridge for 30mims
  • I brought it out afterwards, peeled and dice into my fruit blender. It doesn't matter the type of blender you are using any type can go
  • I blended smoothly and transferred to my glass cup

My Chilled watermelon juice is ready for consumption
Try this and you will love it
