Tubes insteaf of brushes? Is it a nice idea? Yes, especially if you don't have real painting skills, but you do wanna create a nice picture.
We were preparing our New Year gifts, and we had a boring white bag....no decorations, no pictures, it didn't look like a New Year's bag, and we decided to correct the situation;)
I remembered a nice and easy way to use tubes instead of brushes, and it worked for the New Year idea perfectly well!
So we need:
- a tube
- paints
- scissors
- a finger;))
At first we had to cut the end of the tube a little bit making many small and short cuts.
Then we bend these pieces ti the outer side.
It will be our new brush!
We wanted to draw a fir wreath on our bag, so needed green colour. We just had to put our tube brush into the paint and make as many "needles" as we wanted.
Ready!
And to make our wreath bright and cool, we had to decorate it. No brushes again!
A finger!
Some colourful dots, that imitate lights and holiday toys on the wreath, make our picture very positive and nice!
My son was in love with this idea, because it was easy and funny, and we could use a tube in a very strange way - not usual but very unique and creative!
In 5 min our boring white bag looked like a real handmade holiday bag!
Some more New Year sticks, and we were ready to bring holiday mood to my son's sport trainer💚
